  7. Article Packaging: All formats of a published article will be considered part of a single article within your chosen package.
  8. Expert Contributions: Your contribution may be included alongside other immigration experts to ensure balanced and comprehensive coverage.
  9. Contextual Clarity: We aim to ensure that consultant quotes and other contributions are not taken out of context or misinterpreted, which could result in misinformation or unintended consequences.
  10. Public Perception: We are mindful of the story’s potential impact on public perception of immigration issues, ensuring that the article does not contribute to spreading fear, stereotypes, or discrimination.
  11. Article and Backlink Removal: We reserve the right to remove articles and backlinks from all platforms if payments are not met, if your contributions violate Canadian law, or if they cause reputational harm to our news organization.
  12. Company Quotes: We reserve the right to include quotes from your company based on publicly available information from your website or other sources.
  13. Time Extension Agreements: Any extension of months or changes to the timeline must be agreed upon by the publisher. Unreasonable delays and non-communication may result in the cancellation of the contract.
  14. Contract Cancellation: If a consultant cancels or abandons the contract, the company reserves the right to invoice the total amount plus penalties for internal work, research, and other necessary preparations already completed.
  15. Specialized Work: Any specialized work that the consultant deems their domain will be decided by the editorial team and reviewed periodically.
  16. Payments: Payments are due when presented with bills, monthly, or as agreed, whichever comes first. A 50% deposit of the entire contract is required. Fees are non-refundable once work has started on the consultant’s file.
  17. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of British Columbia, Canada, through mediation, arbitration, or litigation.
  18. Indemnification: Consultants will indemnify and hold the company harmless from any third-party claims arising due to false or misleading information provided by the consultant.
  19. Force Majeure: Both parties are freed from liability if obligations cannot be met due to events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, war, or other unforeseeable disruptions.
  20. Intellectual Property Rights:  As an immigration consultant, you have the right to publish, use, or promote your firm. However, the publisher and its associates will retain intellectual property rights, including drafts, research, and other content.
