During the pandemic, we created a Covid-response campaign with BC Dairy to help counter the spread of the virus. The campaign distributed hand sanitizers to the South Asian community. This public relations campaign engaged the community through their religious institutions and community centers, especially Hindu, Muslim, Christian, and Sikh centers.
The program, named “It’s in Your Hand,” was launched. It was so successful that a second campaign was launched to highlight BC Dairy’s commitment to building deeper relationships with these communities. To enhance BC Dairy’s visibility, a special dispenser box with the BC Dairy logo was installed at these religious centres. As an additional gesture of goodwill and relationship building, we helped the association implement a milk donation program that serviced the free kitchens at these institutions.
